How long does production take?
Each piece is printed to order and takes 2–3 business days to produce before shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I request a custom color?
Yes! Use the customization note field above to specify your preferred filament color. We carry a wide range of PLA+ colors. If we don't have your exact color in stock we'll reach out before printing.
What material is used?
All pieces are printed in PLA+ filament — a durable, plant-based plastic that holds fine detail well. It's safe for display, play, and everyday handling.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Yes, but colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the specific filament batch. Handcrafted pieces can also have minor layer-line texture that's part of the 3D printing aesthetic.
What's your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll reprint and reship at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders typically take 7–21 days in transit after shipping. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
