By accessing or using theenchantedhollow.com, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

All products sold by The Enchanted Hollow are handcrafted and printed to order using consumer-grade 3D printing materials. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from product photos due to the nature of the printing process. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders placed in error or at incorrect prices. Payment is processed securely via Square. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when the item ships.

Items are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@theenchantedhollow.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us after 14 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and we will investigate and remedy appropriately.

Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and may not be combined. The Enchanted Hollow reserves the right to expire, modify, or cancel promotions at any time.

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program with reasonable notice.

We offer an optional Discord bot that lets you check loyalty points, track orders, spin the Enchanted Wheel, redeem rewards, and open support tickets from within Discord. Use of the bot is voluntary and subject to these Terms as well as Discord's own terms.

To perform account actions, you must link the bot to your Enchanted Hollow account. Linking is confirmed by you while signed in on our website; you should never share your Enchanted Hollow password through Discord. You are responsible for actions taken through a linked Discord account, and you may unlink at any time using the bot's /unlink command. Loyalty redemptions and wheel spins made through the bot are subject to the same rules as those made on our website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time.

All product designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of The Enchanted Hollow or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Enchanted Hollow's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Enchanted Hollow operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page.
