Because every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
contact@theenchantedhollow.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us after 14 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and we will investigate and remedy appropriately.
